Self Healers Course is heart-led healing container that opens the door to soul expression and connection through embodiment, energy healing and meditation. This course guides you through intentional practices that open up the ability to self-diagnose, self heal and connect to you inner wisdom.
This course explores embodiment as a means of self awareness and connection to your inner wisdom. This course is grounded in Vedic principals of bringing balance to your being in order to receive higher wisdom from yourself.

The intent behind this course is to bring forth tools that support embodied soul wisdom and healing in your day to day life. You will learn how to integrate topics to continue your growth and healing.

Course Details
This six part course will be held on Wednesday evenings from Oct. 7 - Nov. 18 with an integration break on Oct. 28.
Each session is held at Howell House in Bayview, a private AirBnB with ample space to practice.
Each session will begin with a Tea ceremony and will follow with guided practices, discussion and education.
The topics and “course work” will be highly curated to the energetics of the container meaning that the topics are curated to the individuals in the container and each evening will look and feel different based on the topic at hand.
The topics covered in the course will support your ability to attune to your subtle energy body and support healing from an understanding of the energetic system and deep embodiment.
This will be a practice of softening into deep listening and understanding from higher conscious states of being.

This course is offered on a sliding scale ranging from $350 - $750.
To book, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due on Sept 23, 2026.

Wednesday Evening Flow
Each evening will begin with a Tea Ceremony and will follow with practices, discussion and integration. This is a general structure however, each evening may look slightly different as the practices and topics will differ throughout.
