Sunday Ritual
Settle in for a Sunday reset ritual with The Awakened Alchemy. Sunday Ritual is an intentional, heart-opening space that invites you rest and realign through a grounding Tea ceremony. Held in the cozy den of Motherlion, we will gather around the fireplace in stillness and quiet reflection.
Ceremonially crafted Tea (camilia sinensis) is served as a meditation practice bringing reflection, internal awareness and deep peace of mind. This practice is suitable for all levels of experience. Sunday Ritual is a donation-based offering with the intention to make this practice accessible. Donate what you can and please reach out if additional assistance is needed.

Join Gino Napolitano and Olivia Flood on the first Tuesday of each month for a guided journey into the subtle layers of body, mind, and spirit. Through exploration of self-healing practices, group discussion, and awareness exercises, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and gain insight into the intricacies of being human.
Each month, Gino and Olivia will introduce healing practices designed to illuminate the subtle energies within and around you. By bridging the material and spiritual aspects of healing, this circle offers an accessible and empowering space to awaken your innate ability to heal.
