A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. To make this experience accessible, we offer a simple payment plan or you may pay in full.

Because of the nature of these retreats and the advance planning involved, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date:
Any payments made beyond the $500 deposit will be refunded.Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat:
Payments are non-refundable.If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.
In certain circumstances, we may be able to apply your payment (minus the deposit) as a credit toward a future retreat. This is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
