As a healer, my mission is to help others live their most fulfilling lives by helping them build a loving connection to themselves.
Through intentional healing containers, I offer energy healing, practical tools and dedicated space for others to tap into their inner wisdom and ability to self-heal. Combining the power of plants, energy healing, meditation, embodiment, ritual and more, we will embark on a transformative journey of awakening and transformation. These practices work together to harmonize and awaken the mind, body and spirit connection.

Through guided mentorship, I’ll provide you with the tools, structure and the necessary integration to build a soulful connection to self, feel good in your body and align to your highest potential.

What's includedHeart Centered Healing
At the core of mentorship is energy healing. Energy healing sessions restores wholeness through releasing stored trauma, patterns, habits, limiting beliefs, emotions, stagnation and more that may be causing imbalance. Monthly sessions serve as a catalyst for your transformation and growth.
Energy Healing
Monthly ceremonies are held to foster a strong connection to spirit and your inner wisdom. Most are offered with plant medicine in the form of tea, flowers and herbs. Curated to you, each ceremony is a sacred practice held in devotion, reverence and co-creation.
Intuition Connection
Meditation, breath work, embodiment and energetic practices are guided weekly. Practices are curated to you and each practice build upon each other to equip you with tools to self-diagnose, self-heal and enrich your conscious mind.
Self-Healing Tools

Custom mentorship packages are designed to meet you exactly where you are at in your healing journey and help further your evolution. Packages are priced based on elements incorporated and Always curated around your unique path and your goals.Your Questions, Answered-
It depends on the package! All packages are held for a duration of six weeks to six months. Typically, each month you can expect one healing session, one ceremony and weekly guided sessions.
Each package includes guidance, tools and integration support to empower your healing. Practices within each package are thoughtfully designed and highly curated to support your unique path and empower your growth.

Yes! You can choose to pay the entire amount at once or via monthly payments.
Please note that all packages require a $500 non-refundable deposit before mentorship begins.

Upon committing to healing mentorship you will be asked to sign a contract and make a $500 non-refundable deposit. The next step is to schedule your onboarding call with Olivia where you will work closely with her to curate your healing container based on your intention and to schedule your sessions.

There is nothing you need to physically prepare for as healing containers are open to all experience levels. The most important consideration is your intention in healing mentorship as that guides the practices and sessions.

Sessions can be held in-person or virtually. In-person sessions will be held in Olivia’s home studio in Bayside and virtual sessions will be conducted via Google Meet or Zoom.
